6,000 Residential Units in Manshiyyat Nasser

The re-planning of Manshiyyat Nasser district of Cairo (55 hectares) and the construction of 6,000 residential units, utilities and service buildings is estimated at US$ 180 million. The project elements are:

• 300 residential buildings (economical housing), each consisting of a ground floor and 4 typical floors (4 flats / floor) of 65-75m² area
• Service buildings such as an administrative building, schools, library, mosques, workshops, market, health unit, club, post office, taxi/bus parking, etc.
• Utilities such as roads, water supply, sewerage, electrical networks
• Water pumping station (6,000 m³/day), ground reservoir (10,000 m³) and ancillary buildings
